Job Title: Executive Assistant (On-Site)

About the Role:

MWIMPP is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support at our World Headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing executive schedules, creating training content, handling accounting tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.

    • Answer and screen phone calls, respond to emails, and act as a liaison.

    • Book domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas).

  • Content & Documentation:

    • Create and edit professional presentations (PowerPoint), reports, and training materials.

    • Draft, proofread, and format business documents with high accuracy.

  • Financial Coordination:

    • Assist with basic accounting tasks (expense reports, invoicing, budget tracking).

    • Maintain organized records and reconcile financial documents.

  • Office Management:

    • Ensure efficient office operations (supplies, filing systems, vendor coordination).

    • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal communication).

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong accounting/bookkeeping skills (experience with QuickBooks or similar is a plus).

  • Ability to create engaging training content (manuals, slide decks, tutorials).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Professional demeanor, adaptability, and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multinational or corporate headquarters environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing or adjacent discipline
